Lara & Luca: This cute cafe on the south end of town serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with an international appeal. You’ll also find a deli where you can pick up delectable pastries and more to go! Although everything is really good, we especially recommend breakfast / brunch. Their coffee and fresh juices are great. This small, intimate restaurant is becoming very popular, so you may have to wait for a table if you arrive later than 9am. The friendly service and delicious food make it worth any wait, though!) Lara & Luca is located on Avenida Aviación, between the federal highway and 15th Ave (not far from the entrance to Playacar Phase 2). Their hours vary somewhat between low season and high season, but they’re generally open Monday through Saturday 7:30am – 10pm, and Sunday 7:30am – 2pm.
