Playa del Carmen, once a sleepy fisherman’s village is now a true cosmopolitan beach destination located in the heart of the Riviera Maya. Playa, as the locals call it, is located about 60 km’s / 40 miles South of Cancun which makes it the perfect spot from where to undertake all kinds of tours and activities the area has to offer.

Playacar is a gated residential community located adjacent to the town of Playa del Carmen. Playacar is subdivided into 2 parts, Fase I, close to the ocean and Fase II, where the condos and houses are built around the famous Playacar Golf course. Both Fase I and II are known for its tranquility, wide open spaces and lots of nature that surround you when staying here.
