Latido de Mexico specializes in property management of vacation rental properties (short and long term) as well as residential properties located in Playa del Carmen and Playacar. Our goal in Playa del Carmen and Playacar is to provide our clients with the property management that they need as an owner. We feel that honesty, integrity, professionalism and communication are essential in doing business with our clients. You, the property owner, tell us what your property needs and we will put together a proposal for you that fits your needs and that is competitive in the local market as well. Our property management services can include: BASIC MANAGEMENT SERVICESCleaning of the property on a weekly / 2-weekly / monthly basis Fumigation on a regular basis or dependant on the season (dry or rainy season) Day-to-day maintenance and small repairs Large repairs and preventative maintenance including contracting, organization and supervision Hurricane preparation of property and post hurricane repairs / cleaning etc ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES Communication with owner Monthly and yearly report Communication with rental agencies and tenants (short or long term) Payment of utility and governmental bills Representation at owner’s association meetings Calendar management RENTAL RELATED SERVICES Meet and greet guests Guest concierge services for bookings of airport transfers, tours, restaurants, etc. Key services (Daily) maid services Gardening services Pool cleaning and maintenance services Availability for guest questions during office hours (Mon-Fri 9 am - 6 pm) Emergency hotline (outside office hours) Inventory and maintenance control before and after rental Please contact
