Latido de Mexico is a professional, full service property management and vacation rental company located in beautiful Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Playa Del Carmen is one of the primary cities in Mexico’s Riviera Maya area, which runs alongside the Caribbean. We have been in operation since 2006.

Latido de Mexico manages private and commercial properties in Playa del Carmen and in Playacar. Playacar lies adjacent to Playa del Carmen and is divided into Phases I and II.

We can assist you with all levels of property management. Latido de Mexico offers a wide variety of services including monthly management, utility bill payment, cleaning, preventative maintenance, garden and pool services, and other services.

Latido de Mexico is firmly established in the local community, and we provide our clients with honest, no nonsense property management. We want all of our clients to feel like they have a close relationship with us, and we believe communication and integrity is the key to the successful relationships we have. Many of our clients have been with us from when we started in 2006.

Property management – condominiums with or without HOA

Latido de Mexico has managed condominium buildings in Playa del Carmen and Playacar since 2007. Our experience includes:

• Administration of HOAs
• Organization of all necessary meetings
• Annual budget preparation
• Monthly reporting
• Accounting
• Service and maintenance of common areas including pools and gardens

Latido de Mexico hires, manages and supervises maintenance and pool cleaning companies and their staff. We acquire bids for large projects such as painting your building and installation of water systems. We also deal with emergencies, collect maintenance dues, and will work with you to meet your property management needs.

Property management – privately owned properties

Latido de Mexico can take care of all aspects of managing your private property. We offer property cleaning services, pool and garden maintenance, and can manage both small and large repairs. We have experience dealing with water, electricity, phone and gas companies, and we can resolve any issues you might have with those companies and services.

Latido de Mexico also offers vacation rental services for property owners that would like to generate additional income with their condo or villa. We can market your property to possible vacation guests, respond to their inquiries, manage reservations, and take care of guests when they stay at your property.
