Each condominium has spectacular ocean views of the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea which you can enjoy from your (rooftop) terrace, living room or bedroom.

Corto Maltes has a great beach club, bar and restaurant called Zenzi, just ride the elevator down to the ground floor and step outside to the beach. Here you can sunbathe on the beach club’s large wooden deck or take a few steps to the beach where you can feel the white sand between your toes. Lounge chairs, beach towels, service on the beach, great food, and of course the famous Mexican margarita, it’s all there for you. The access is free to the guests of Corto Maltes, and lounge chairs are complementary. The beach club has fresh water showers to rinse off after a dip in the Caribbean Sea.
