The location of Condominios Mar is without a doubt the best in Playacar Fase II. It is located very close to the main entrance of this residential community (less than 1-minute walk) but because it is hidden away, obscured by lots of lush green foliage you will get the idea you are somewhere far away from the hustle and the bustle of downtown Playa del Carmen (5-minute walk). The condo is an unexpected spacious one with 2 bedrooms and a den which can be separated from the living room thereby creating an extra bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are 2 full bathrooms. There is a community swimming pool on the grounds but the best part is probably the spectacular cenote* that you’ll find on the well kept grounds. The cenote is large, open, clean, and accessible for swimming. This condo is a perfect place for a vacation that can include the best of two worlds: the tranquility of Playacar and the action of Playa del Carmen. * a cenote is a fresh water sinkhole created by a “cave in” in the porous limestone that makes up the Yucatan Pensinsula.
