Pet Policy

A one-time $50 USD cleaning fee is charged and must be paid upon arrival. Additional charges may apply if any destruction takes place in your room or our common areas.

Please walk your pet outside the premise so it can do its business outside our shared common areas. If by accident it happens, please be sure to clean up after.

Do not leave the pet unaccompanied in your room especially if your pet likes to bark or make noise.

Be sure you can be contacted immediately in case the pet is disruptive to other guests.

Pets must be supervised at all times and must be on a leash in the common areas respecting the space of all other guests.

Respect the other pets in the area including the 3 cats that live on the premise.

Croc Condos has the right to request the pet is removed if the above rules are not followed or pet is aggressive or disruptive to other guests.

Our office is located on the ground floor. We’re usually around Monday through Friday from 10 am to 4 pm.
