Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom condo at the trendy north end of Playa del Carmen. The Meridian building has 32 condos and is located on First Avenue, 1 block from Coco beach and one block from 5th Ave., the famous pedestrian shopping and restaurant/bar street. The area surrounding the condo is quiet, and only two to three blocks from many good restaurants and a full-service spa. This light-filled condo has a large wraparound terrace with seating and dining areas, an additional terrace off the master bedroom, and an ocean view swimming pool on the rooftop.

The lovely condo building has interior gardens and is a gated and secure complex. There is a dedicated parking space for the condo. Everything you’ll need for a comfortable and luxurious stay in one of Playa’s nicest areas, north of the ferry to Cozumel, while still being close to all shopping, dining, and entertainment areas. The laid back Canibal Royal beach club is 2 blocks away, other beach clubs are a short walk on the beach. You’ll also find some very nice off the beach snorkeling at Coco beach.
