Condo Ali is beautifully located on Fifth Avenue, just a short 2 minute walk from Mamitas Beach and Kool Beach club, Playa’s most popular beaches. The condo is located in the area of Fifth Avenue known as “Little Italy”. This area is little more than a block or 2 but many Italians live and work here and with Italians comes great food, funky little boutiques, cafes, unique hotels, etc. “Little Italy” has a very European feel to it, there are lots of terraces where you can sit outside to “people watch” while enjoying a real Italian espresso or a gelato.
The condo itself is set away from the street a bit and as soon as you close the door you really leave the hustle and bustle of the town really stays outside.
Even though the condo is located on Fifth Avenue, it is nice and quiet. As soon as you step through the front gate and walk up the stairs you can feel and hear the street noises receding. Inside the condo there is a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. On the first level you will find the living room (with a separate area with a pullout bed), kitchen, dining area, a full bathroom and a large terrace with a big dining table with plenty of space for 5 people to sit and eat in the shade as well as some lounge chairs to enjoy the sun. On the 2nd level there are 2 bedrooms with comfortable king size beds and 2 full bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access to a smaller terrace on this level. On the roof top level of the condo there is another large terrace with a Jacuzzi and amazing ocean views! Just imagine sipping a cool drink while soaking in the Jacuzzi overlooking the Caribbean Sea with the twinkling lights of Cozumel in the distance. Mmm, that’s living the good life…
