Casa del Sol – Vista is a luxurious beachfront villa only 20 meters away from the silky white sands of the Caribbean. The villa is located in the exclusive gated community of Playacar Phase I only a 5 minute stroll to the famous 5th avenue where you will find Mexican shopping treasures, miles of restaurants and exciting nightlife. Vista has over 7,000 square feet of spacious living to enjoy including 8 large bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. There are 2 half baths one next to the roof top plunge pool and the other on the same level as the kitchen and dining areas. Each spacious bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, large closet space and Ipod dock. There are 2 plasma TVs and DVD players, one is located in the living room and the other in one of the king suites.
Take a breath of fresh ocean air as you step out onto your front patio and find yourself only meters away from the magnificently multi-colored Caribbean ocean. Our outdoor living areas are equipped with comfortable lounge furniture. Enjoy the breathtaking ocean view from the infinity edge pool located on the second floor of the villa. As well you can enjoy an evening sunset BBQ on our gas grill while dipping in or laying by the poolside. This area is stylishly finished off with SPA style lounge furniture & chaise lounge. You won’t be able to resist sinking your feet into the miles of sugary white beaches in front of the villa or take a splash in the Caribbean Sea.
This property is unique in that it is adjoined by a central courtyard to the “Upper View” villa Casa del Sol Altavista. The tropical palms and Japanese grass courtyard is only available to rentals in the Altavista villa or if both villas are rented by the same group it can be used as a common area for both houses. Casa del Sol Vista and Altavista can be rented separately or together. This beachfront villa can also be rented by smaller groups, using from 4 to all 8 of the bedrooms.
