This is where you want to be if you’re looking to be close to the beach and all the great restaurants and nightlife in Playa while not being bothered by noise and hordes of people on the street. The condo is located on a quiet part of 1st Avenue, around the corner from Indigo Beach Club. Because it is on the 3rd floor you’ll always have a nice breeze from the ocean, no need to run the AC during the day or at night.
