Croc Condos is a charming building with studio and 1-bedroom apartments, located in the quainter, northern part of Playa del Carmen just steps from 5^th Avenue. The delightful neighborhood consists of smaller homes and a few condo buildings. Here you can still get a taste of the local life while being near all the action.

Our urban oasis is located one block from CTM street with a variety of smaller restaurants and a few minutes from the busier part of 5^th Avenue and the beach.

The atmosphere of the building is very pleasant and laid back. The ground floor common areas are lovely. Lush tropical greenery with shade offers quiet spots to read a book or just relax.

The common rooftop terrace has a big table with shade, a Weber charcoal BBQ, and an outdoor shower. A few steps up there is also a solarium with lounge chairs and a distant ocean view. This is the perfect area to spend a lazy afternoon and enjoy the Caribbean breeze.

Croc Condo’s studios and apartments are extremely popular with returning guests. The convenience of the location and the atmosphere of the property is hard to beat. Plus, our excellent high-speed internet connection makes this property ideal for digital nomads!

Stay for a couple of days or a couple of months – Croc Condos will be an excellent home away from home!

For your convenience, our office is located on the ground floor of the building. We are usually there form 10 am to 4 pm. Guests are welcome to stop by with any questions.
